NELSONVILLE, Ohio –– The City of Nelsonville announced it will be holding a public educational session to discuss Nelsonville City Code Chapter 155: Rental Property. The session will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, August 15, in council chambers at Nelsonville City Hall, 211 Lake Hope Drive, Nelsonville.
