"On that difference of 54 cents, the state also earns over 9 cents per liter on the basis of VAT, which is also calculated on excise taxes. Currently, the state earns over 70 cents from the price of a liter of diesel through excise duties and VAT, and over 80 cents from the price of a liter of unleaded gasoline," said deputy Boris Mugoša.
