Morrisons launches new chocolate snack likened to Cadbury favourite axed 16 years ago
The 100g snack comes in Milk Chocolate and Orange flavours as shoppers compare it with Cadbury Snaps, discontinued in 2010.
Morrisons launched Chocolate Curves in Milk Chocolate and Orange flavors, available in-store and online for £2. The supermarket giant's new snack has quickly drawn shoppers' attention.
Comparisons have emerged to Cadbury Snaps, discontinued 16 years ago, which shoppers recall as chocolate Pringles. The nostalgic appeal reflects long-standing fan demand for the original treat's return.
Other supermarkets have released similar products, including Aldi Chocolate Waves. Fans on Facebook and Twitter have frequently posted requests for the original Cadbury treats to return.
One shopper commenting on a Facebook post from Newsfoodsuk asked, "Remember these but Cadbury?" Another user wrote, "I do wish Cadburys brings back these treats cadburys snaps."
Cadbury confirmed in 2024 it had discontinued Dairy Milk Mint Crisp with "no plans" to bring it back; however, the bar returned for the 2026 Christmas season after availability in 2024 and 2025.
