The Appeals Board of the Supreme Court dismissed the Yabla's appeal against the decision of the court of first instance to withdraw the list of candidates from the State elections, as reported by the party's press service.
A CEC representative, Sergei Saharov, called on the court to reject the appeal of both "Apple" and "Rodina" and to uphold the decision of the court of first instance.
