In Katihar, floods have affected more than 8.23 lakh people in seven blocks. Flood victims are angry about the relief arrangements. Minister in charge Dr. Pramod Kumar Chandravanshi and JDU MLA Vijay Singh Nishad, who arrived at Mohana Chandpur in Barari, were surrounded by people.
