DEVILS LAKE, N.D. – During the Sept. 8 City Commission meeting, City Commissioners Jason Pierce, Lisa Uhlenkamp, Rob Hach and Joe Knowski, Interim Auditor/Assessor Rob Johnson, City Attorney Jason Sayler, Police Chief Jason Toso, and Fire Chief Nate Bennett applauded as Mayor Jim Moe presented City Engineer and Public Works Director Mike Grafsgaard with a certificate of appreciation for his 25 years of service to the City of Devils Lake.
