CANYON CITY – It will be jail time for a man who violated his probation and pleaded guilty to a menacing charge. Grant County Court documents show that Yazzie Kevin Voigt, 37, pleaded guilty to one count of Menacing—Constituting Domestic Violence, occurring in June of this year.
