Man Reported to Have Caused Damage to Humacao Command Cell

Humacao's Prosecutor's Office found criminal charges for aggravated damages, in violation of article 199 of the Puerto Rico Penal Code, against a 32-year-old man who allegedly caused damage to the air conditioning system of a cell in Puerto Rico.
