Man facing 2 felony counts of child sex abuse
A man was arrested in Prague on May 21 for two counts of child sexual abuse, according to court documents. District Attorney Adam Panter filed charges against Dalton Bierd, 22, on May 27 -- two felony counts of child sexual abuse -- for incidents that took place on or around May 25, 2024, to May 25, 2025, involving a teenage minor while Bierd was “a person responsible for the health, safety or welfare of a child,” according to the court filing.
