Animal Cruelty · StroudSTROUD, Okla. (KFOR) — 83-year-old Jerry Dean Hine faces 408 cruelty to animals charges for allegedly owning and operating a puppy mill in Stroud. More than 400 Maltese dogs were found trapped inside his shop, Add Love, located on W. Main Street. Hines was set to make a court appearance on Thursday in Lincoln County, but News 4 learned that he was instead transferred to Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman on Wednesday.
