Vanier Catholic School in Chatham has finally been sold.The St. Clair Catholic District School Board has approved the sale of the school at 20 Cecile Avenue in Chatham to Conseil scolaire Viamonde for $1.6 million.The school board said the transaction is scheduled to close on Monday.
