LIHUE — More than 100 lei hulu, or feather lei, graced the Kauai War Memorial Convention Hall on Feb. 15 when Kumu Hulu Robin Kaheaokalani Goss and Lei Hulu Kauai graduated six haumana, or students, from around the island.
