Lihue · LihueLIHUE — Tammy Puu, a past official with the local rodeo associations, said that Mateo Vegas of Lawai was the only rodeo contestant from Team Hawaii to make the short round during the National Junior High School Rodeo that was held in Des Moines, Iowa.
