LAKE CHARLES — The Lake Charles Police Department has arrested a man accused of pouring bleach into a water bottle and giving it to a person whom he was the caretaker of. According to police, on Monday evening, 30-year-old Reginald Wilson poured bleach into a water bottle and gave it to the physically and mentally handicapped victim.
