Lawrence J. “Larry” Shipman, age 70, of Mount Vernon passed away at his home on Monday, August 17, 2026. He was born on December 4, 1955, in Newark, Ohio to the late Horace and Mary Jo Anne (Ashburn) Shipman. Larry served in the United States Army as an Airborne Ranger and is a Vietnam Veteran.
