Jail term for man who stole cordless drills in Portadown
A man who stole two cordless drills worth £100 from Lidl in Portadown has been given a two months jail sentence. John Gerard Ward (30), of Ardowen in Craigavon, admitted theft which occurred on April 18 last year. The defendant had been on a suspended sentence. He appeared at court via video link from Craigavon Magistrates’ Court. A co-defendant was previously given a one year conditional discharge.
