TEHRAN - Israel Katz, the so-called Israeli defense minister, announced on Friday that he had instructed the military to draft a plan to transfer enforcement powers for civilian matters in the occupied West Bank from the army to the police, a move that is viewed as a full annexation of the West Bank.
The Israeli Minister of Defence ordered the Excito to prepare to transfer to the policy the powers to enforce the law in the West Bank occupied by Israel, to the extent that, according to analysts, it would represent a significant step towards annexing that of the Palestinian land.
