Since 1 September, companies that reject PFAS in the water have to pay a tax to finance the cost of the clean-up. By the end of 2025, a dozen industrialists were involved in the measure in Franche-Comté. Among them: Arabelle solutions in Belfort (ex-GE), the stationery of Mandeure in the Doubs and Inovyn and Syensqo in Tavaux in the Jura.
