The head of the Ministry of Public Education, Mario Delgado Carrillo, reported that, in collaboration with educational authorities from all states, work is being done on the elaboration of a national agreement that establishes the rules for the access and use of mobile phones and screens in schools.
While for primary and secondary school it would be prohibited to use it during classes, with exceptional cases. In high school, its use will be allowed only for pedagogical purposes.
