The project is signed by Estudi Maite Prats, who organizes the home in two differentiated volumes: the original house, destined for shared life (kitchen, dining room and living room), and the extension, a new body designed for the night area that does not imitate the historical language of the house, but adopts a register of its own based on concrete formwork, lacquered steel carpentry and wooden shutters.
