Flight 93 Memorial plans 25th anniversary observance Sept. 11

Visitors planning to attend the 25th anniversary observance of the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks at the Flight 93 National Memorial are being encouraged to arrive early and prepare to use shuttle transportation to reach the ceremony site.
