The Federal Anti-Monopoly Service has recognized Rostagro Complex, a company known to be the manufacture of vintage cheeses in violation of the competition law, as a reason for letters to trade networks demanding the cessation of sales of the competitors' products under the brand of Alexandrov C. B. The agency found that the company had justified its claims on rights to a trademark that it did not have.
