Norwegian company Equinor has signed a three-year oil sales agreement with Polish company Orlen. The oil is expected to go to the company's refineries in Poland, Lithuania and the Czech Republic, the Norwegian company announced in a press release on Thursday.
Orlen has signed a three-year agreement with Equinor for crude oil supplies from the Johan Sverdrup field on the Norwegian Continental Shelf, the Polish company announced. Deliveries will begin in September, and their annual volume, depending on demand, could range from nearly 5 million to over 9 million tons.
