SEQUIM — A Port Angeles woman was arrested on investigation of driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and second-degree assault after a pursuit that concluded when a Clallam County Sheriff’s deputy collided with the passenger side of the woman’s vehicle as she was driving into oncoming traffic on U.S. Highway 101.
