49ers WR Deebo Samuel Leaves Game with Hamstring Injury
The 49ers ruled out Deebo Samuel after he hurt his hamstring on a run play, leaving San Francisco short at wide receiver.
San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Deebo Samuel was ruled out of Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks after suffering a hamstring injury late in the third quarter at Lumen Field on October 11, 2026.
Hamstring injuries are nothing new for the veteran wide receiver, who previously suffered a 2022 injury against the Kansas City Chiefs and another that ended his 2020 season prematurely.
Before leaving the game, Samuel recorded two receptions for 21 yards and two carries for 4 yards, fumbling at the 49ers 35-yard line before limping to the sideline.
The injury compounds issues for San Francisco, which already placed wideouts Ricky Pearsall, De'Zhaun Stribling, and Demarcus Robinson on injured reserve, while receiver Jacob Cowing also suffered an ankle injury during the game.
No recovery timeline or severity has been announced, leaving the team to determine if this latest setback is a short-term problem or something more significant.
