- Dangote Group unveiled a $100 billion Vision 2030 plan in December 2025, positioning the conglomerate to become a dominant revenue enterprise. The group could eventually exceed $200 billion in market capitalisation through refining, petrochemicals, and fertiliser expansion.
- Bloomberg estimates the listing could lift the 69-year-old billionaire's net worth to as much as $58.2 billion, potentially placing him ahead of Ken Griffin and Eric Schmidt. The IPO marks the first opportunity for ordinary investors to own part of the business.
- Beyond the IPO, Dangote plans about $14.3 billion in additional investment to double processing capacity to 1.4 million barrels per day by 2029. This expansion positions the refinery as central to establishing industrial dominance across Africa.
