BIRMINGHAM, Ala. — The Jefferson County Coroner’s Office has revealed the name of the man killed in an officer-involved shooting outside UAB St. Vincent’s last week. 38-year-old Matthew Sean Massey, of Birmingham, was shot during an encounter with Birmingham police at 810 St. Vincent’s Drive on Aug. 13.
