The Cabinet of Ministers has again submitted to the Verkhovna Rada a package of draft laws on the abolition of privileges for parcels up to 150 euros. The Cabinet <p>proposes to charge 20% VAT on marketplace parcels from the first euro, keeping the duty and gift allowance up to 45 euros. The new rules can come into force no earlier than July 2027.</p>
