Brockton music program gives kids a spark and a boost

Rose Conservatory is giving Brockton kids what founder Greg Fernandes never had growing up: access to music lessons close to home. The program also offers tutoring, meals and support to families who might otherwise be turned away by cost. Now in its fifth year, the program serves over 50 young musicians with a new teen curriculum launching this fall.
