The Grand National Assembly of Turkey is preparing legislation regarding the liquidated funds. The approximately 10-article bill, expected to be submitted to the Assembly Presidency by the AK Party no later than the beginning of next week, will regulate the liquidation of the funds and the repayments to investors. Following the Capital Markets Board's decision to pay those with investments of less than 1 million TL in funds undergoing liquidation, the AK Party has begun preparing a new 10-article draft law to create the legal framework for the process.

The AK Party has prepared a provisional bill regarding fund transactions in the capital market. The 10-article proposal envisages the liquidation of assets up to 1 million Turkish Lira belonging to 455,578 investors.
