Binance to Shut Down Crypto Mining Pool in November
Binance said miners should move equipment before the cutoff, and historical pool pages will remain available for 14 days.
Binance is discontinuing Binance Pool and related services on November 10, 2026, at 07:00 UTC, urging miners to redirect their equipment to alternative pools before the shutdown to avoid interruptions.
The exchange announced the closure on Tuesday, October 13, 2026, citing an ongoing product review, ending an operation running for over six years since its April 2020 launch.
Affected products include Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, Transaction Accelerator, mining APIs, and hashrate notifications; the exchange instructed customers with active Pool Savings positions to redeem or unsubscribe before November 10.
Miners must update configurations to connect to other pools, as the exchange will disable all Stratum addresses and endpoints; eligible outstanding rewards and refunds will be processed after the shutdown.
Customers will retain access to historical mining records and payout information for 14 days, until November 24, 2026, as the company made no announcement regarding changes to its main cryptocurrency exchange operations.
