On Monday, state mortgage bank SBAB will raise its listed interest rates on fixed-term loans between one and ten years by 0.15-0.25 percentage points each. The so-called floating three-month interest rate, however, will be left unchanged.
The state-owned mortgage bank SBAB is taking a swipe at Danske Bank and raising interest rates on mortgages with a 1-10 year fixed term. The state-owned mortgage bank SBAB, which also operates the housing platform Booli, will increase the listed interest rates the bank offers on fixed-interest periods between one and ten years by 0.15-0.25 percentage points each on Monday. This is stated on SBAB's website. The three-month interest rate, however, will be left unchanged.
