Tropical Depression Fay Regains Strength in the Atlantic
The storm has 35 mph winds and is forecast to weaken by Sunday after briefly strengthening, the National Hurricane Center said.

- Elsewhere in the Atlantic, a separate wave near the Cabo Verde islands has a 60% chance of development over the next seven days. Hurricane season runs through November, with Gonzalo the next name on the list.
