Alpine skier Lauren Macuga eyeing return from torn ACL in season-opening World Cup

Park City alpine skier Lauren Macuga had her Olympic dreams temporarily dashed when she tore her right ACL in giant slalom training in November.  It has been an offseason full of rehabilitation work for the 24 year old, who is now focusing on rebuilding strength in her now reconstructed ACL as the 2026-27 season approaches.
