Alarcón and Ávila Present Project of Partial Reform of the CPE

The president of the Senate, Diego Ávila (PDC), and the deputy Carlos Alarcón, of the Alliance Unit, presented to the Upper House a bill to partially reform the Political Constitution of the State (CPE) that introduces substantial changes in the regime of investments, state ownership and resolution of international disputes. The proposal also introduces the possibility of applying a novel procedure for partial reforms of the CPE.
