The new Deputy President of the Hungarian Tax and Customs Administration, Attila Sisák, took office on Wednesday. He brings decades of experience in the fight against financial crime. The new leader will have a key role in protecting budget revenues, uncovering abuses, and strengthening action against money laundering and organized crime.
A new deputy president for criminal matters is coming to the head of the Hungarian Tax and Customs Administration, with a priority task of protecting public funds - Prior to this, he headed the Sanctions Screening Department of OTP Bank.
The new head of the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV) previously worked at the police, the Ministry of Finance, the Customs and Financial Guard, and the General Directorate of Criminal Affairs of the Hungarian Tax Authority (NAV), and most recently headed the sanctions screening area of OTP Bank.
