- A second drone hit the centre half-an-hour after the first, which President Volodymyr Zelenskiy called "absolutely cynical and despicable" and a deliberate attempt to target emergency services.
- Regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha said "Twenty-one people are in serious condition, including one child," as rescue operations continued at the industrial site.
