25 years later: Lindale police chief remembers 9/11 response with FBI

Friday will mark 25 years since the attacks of September 11, 2001. Lindale Police Chief Brent Chambers remembers the days that followed all too well. “Everything was still smoldering and burning; you can’t forget that smell,” said the former FBI special agent. Chambers responded to Ground Zero with the FBI as part of the Evidence Response Team; he tells us about that experience.
