Judge Dismisses James Comey and Letitia James Indictments over 'Unlawful' Prosecutor Appointment
A federal judge on Monday dismissed the cases against two of President Trump’s political adversaries after finding that the prosecutor he hand-picked to pursue charges against them was unlawfully appointed.
