Senator-elect Stefano Famiglietti will be sworn in this afternoon as the fourth district’s newest senator. The Democratic town councilor from North Providence won the August 5 runoff election to replace Ruggerio, who died after a battle with cancer on April 21. Senator-elect Famiglietti will be sworn in at 4 in senate chambers.
