EarthquakeRALEIGH, N.C. (WNCN) — The U.S. Geological Survey has picked up the third small earthquake in less than two weeks in western North Carolina. The 2.7 magnitude earthquake happened near Columbus, about 30 miles southeast of Asheville around 11:14 a.m.
