According to a press release on the Richlands Police Department's Facebook page, 26-year-old Courtney Nicole Perkins, of Raven, Virginia, was arrested on Friday, June 6, 2025 and charged with Failure to Report an Accident Involving Serious Injury (Class Five Felony), and Obstruction of Justice (Class One Misdemeanor).
