CUMBERLAND, Georgia (KMID/KPEJ) - The Tampa Bay Rays selected former Midland College pitcher Jacob Kuhn in the seventh round of the MLB draft with the 207th pick. This season, Kuhn was impressive as he had a 9-2 record on 15 starts. He also had three complete games with a season total of 104 strikeouts. In the first six months of 2025, 53 cases of Lyme disease have been confirmed in the Republic of Moldova, showing the data of the National Public Health Agency. Most patients have been registered in the municipality of Chišinau – 25 cases followed by the Sršeni, Ialovian and Orhei regions.
