The Social Insurance Institution has decided to postpone the obligation of Jastrzębska Spółka Węglowa to pay part of its contributions, the company said in a statement published on Wednesday. JSW, which is in a difficult financial situation, has requested a postponement of the payment deadline for an amount of approximately PLN 315 million, which is 90% of the value of contributions for three months.
