Strabag subsidiary Züblin has acquired the Austrian special civil engineering arm of Germany’s Bauer for an undisclosed price. Züblin said the deal adds Bauer Spezialtiefbau’s piling expertise to its own supply chain providing diaphragm walls, grouting and groundwater drainage.
