PiS MP Zbigniew Ziobro announced on Tuesday that he has filed a second criminal complaint against Justice Minister Waldemar Żurek and prosecutor Piotr Woźniak. He accuses them of falsely testifying in their request to waive their immunity.
I have filed a report of a suspected crime committed by Żurek, as well as by prosecutor Piotr Woźniak, who signed a document that was not his own, said Zbigniew Ziobro, referring to the National Prosecutor's motion to waive the former Minister of Justice's immunity.
