Zilber Property Group to develop 252,000-square-foot industrial facility in Germantown

Zilber Property Group will develop Zilber Industrial 7, its next industrial development within the Germantown Gateway Corporate Park in Germantown, Wisconsin. The 252,000-square-foot speculative industrial facility will be located at W210 N13145 Gateway Crossing in Germantown. Germantown Gateway Corporate Park is a 140-acre industrial park. It has attracted a diverse mix of manufacturing, fabrication, warehousing and distribution users, including JW Speaker Corporation, PS Seasoning, WAGO Corporation, Costco and Systems LLC. Zilber Industrial 7 is designed to accommodate a range of users. Planned building features include a 32-foot clear height, 26 loading docks, two drive-in doors, high-bay LED warehouse lighting, an ESFR sprinkler system and plenty of employee and trailer parking. Construction is expected to begin in the summer of 2026 with delivery anticipated in the winter of 2026.
