Citizens who had a paid monthly or annual ticket during the three-day ZET strike can demand a refund of part of the money. Refunds are not automatic, and the application should be submitted no later than the end of November.

The refund applies to users of monthly and annual subscription tickets, who will be refunded a proportional part of the amount paid for the period during which, due to the suspension of traffic, they were unable to use public transport services.
