Yulia Svyrydenko, former Minister of Economy, was appointed Prime Minister in July 2025 at the age of 39, after playing a major role in obtaining an agreement on minerals with the United States.The reform, which the president has not explained in detail, would be the fourth major reorganization of his government since the beginning of the Russian invasion.
