Ukraine's president, Volodimir Zelenski, denounced this Monday that, according to intelligence reports, Russia is preparing a "massive attack" against the country's energy infrastructure, amid the peace talks that begin this Tuesday in the Swiss city of Geneva.

Russian missiles struck Ukrainian energy infrastructure overnight, just before key talks in Geneva. Kyiv has no doubts: this is Moscow's demonstrative response to diplomatic appeals to end the war. Volodymyr Zelensky issued a statement on the matter.
